O1. First come, first serve. Please ping me to claim the design! O2. After claiming the design, payment must be done in 24h. If not, the design will go back to sale. O3. I will not make any alterations on the original overlay/item design unless it gets denied. O4. Unless there is a reason for which you won't be able to upload it (in this case, please let me know or I can't guess), you must submit the original CW (not posterior recolors) within one-two months after I have sent you the original files. If you submit it after this period of time, and the CW gets denied, I hold the right not to fix it (since I will be deleting the files from CWs that were not uploaded within this timeframe to save space in my computer). O5. CI is included in the price and is up to your choice if I have not created one myself. O6. Please don't ask me if you can just buy the design and use it to color/shade it yourself. I will sell the design along with the coloring/shading and the CI. O7. Recolors paid in USD are unlimited. O8. Recolors paid in CSC have a limit of 3 (only valid for CSC commissions). O9. When you buy a CW, you are paying for the right to submit this CW on the site and do whatever you want with the copies once they are on site (as long as you follow all my other rules; hand me the artist copy for all colors unless I state I do not want them, submit within 1-2 months, etc). You are not paying for the rights over my art. That said, you are not allowed to edit my art in any way at all without my written consent nor are you allowed to resell the art unless for the same price or lower than what you paid for it. 1O. I do not do refunds for designs.

USD slots are first come first serve and take full priority over CSC ones. Please bear in mind that if I feel like I can't do what you want, I will let you know beforehand. CSC slots are not first come first serve, and I will choose the one I enjoy the most.

O1. Please, be polite. If we will be working together, I expect this from you. I have a life outside Subeta, so if I take sometime to reply, please be patient. I will make sure to reply as soon as I can. O2. I have the right to decline your commission for whatever reason. O3. I am not doing backgrounds at the moment.
O4. CIs are already included in the prices. O5. If after starting the commission I do realize I won't be able to reach a satisfactory result, I hold the right to cancel the commission and refund you in case you've paid beforehand. Other than this reason, I do not do refunds. O6. I will send you one WIP after I've done the sketch so you can ask for any changes you might want. Any alterations after the CW is completed will have an extra cost. For the CI, I will usually do it all at once, unless you state you'd like to see the sketch. O7. I do not send out .psd files, please don't ask! O8. O9. If the item is denied, I will make the necessary alterations until it gets accepted. If I reach the limit of 10 denials, I will fully refund you. PLEASE NOTE: this is only valid if you have submitted your CW within the period of 1-2 months. (please see rule above.) 1O. Recolors paid in USD are unlimited. 11. Please do not give me references that are too similar to CWs I have previously done/is already on site (otherwise I will have to decline your commission). Also please avoid using CWs/wearables as references for your ideas unless the finished product will not be similar to the CW/wearable itself. Use URLs as much as you can instead :) 14.
