Winter Sphinx Quill Cannot Be Added to Wardrobe

When I try to add the Winter Sphinx Quill from my inventory (as in, not quickstocking it), this appears: "Fatal error: Call to undefined method database::error() in /www/subeta.net/item.php on line 676"
When attempting to quickstock it, I get this: "Winter Sphinx Quill was not added to your wardrobe as it is not an article of clothing."
