you should mention what 'semi-private' means in your ping. Personally I feel that if you are going to open unlimited slots, especially at a higher price end like this one, it shouldn't come with the 'no reselling' restrictions, but that's just me!

That isn't really fair. However, I do not mind it being gifted as long as I am notified :) Since it is originally private, a tribute item, and will be retired after the 24hrs are up, the no resell allowed is there.

I completely understand for -private- items but if anyone can claim a slot, it's much harder to enforce such rule. It's also unfair that people who pay 850csc only have the choice of either keeping or gifting their copy (thus not even getting the slot cost back). I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude or anything, I'm just trying to understand!

the reason this item was made available is because people wanted a copy to keep for themselves (at least that is what everyone who asked me for a copy said anyways) so I don't feel that they are buying it for the purpose of resale anyways
