There really didn't seem to be anywhere else to put this. Anyway, I kept getting doubles and triples of some books, plushies, foods, stickers, elixirs, Subeautique, Retired, etc. from the Free Shop and none at all of others that were in there. (All sorts, not just Melody items) So, I figured that the same thing had probably been happening to others as well. So, now that it's over, I put well over 100 items in the Gift Exchange, hoping to match at least some of them for things that I didn't get or don't already have. (The Gift Exchange is in Arctic Frost in the Gift Center building). NOTE: It exchanges items by PRICE, not by Rarity, etc. (If you put in a 100K sP item, then you get one of a similar value back out from someone else). If your items have no match in 2-3 days, then they are simply returned to you, so you can't lose anything. But DO please read the cautions on the page. (Some people used to deliberately buy up items to falsely inflate their values and then put them in, so the programmer added a tracker to catch this sort of activity. Also, Unbuyable items might tend to confuse it, so those you would put in at your own risk). If you have no extra items from the Free Shop, you could always do Wizard Quests and then use the Wizard Exchange to combine tokens into 50 or 100, etc., and try your luck with those, or even with Lifelike Dolls from the Raffle or other game prizes. It's just FUN; you never know what you might get! (I personally have gotten a few Gallery items, a few plushies and beanbags for my collection, and a few foods and books for Hedwig just this time!). (I do this every year after the holidays) GOOD LUCK! :)
