~Checking availability on Sailor Moon Items~

Hi, so I've been purchasing items to complete my pet Sailor Chibi Moon's TC. I've done pretty well with what is available from on-site items and I do know which CS CWs that are still available but I still have some items that I would like to look into purchasing, if available. So I was hoping someone could update me on which of the other CWs I was looking at are public, limited, and if applicable the selling price/how much luck I would have trying to buy them.

More than likely I won't actually purchase all of these, I would just like to know the information for reference reasons. Thanks to anyone who can let me know anything about any of these ^^
This is all the information I know:
All the Costume Pens are public however I believe only one batch of each was released (and are likely owned by Sailor Moon Fans and I don't know if anyone would be ready to give up their copies)
Those two Time Keys I haven't seen a release thread for [those particular colors] but I know they were released by it's possible they were private or limited, but I did see her selling/looking for offers on the Eternal Queen one, so it's possibly a public copy. here is her selling thread. And there were other colors of the gown released in her CW release thread.
As for the top priority section, from my research everything else is public, some may have been limited batches and some may have been available exclusively to people I the Sailormoon group, but otherwise not private. Except the Star Guardian Companion I wasn't able to find out information on that one, but other Sailormoon people might know.
I know that [user=cresenta] compiled a thread with all Sailor Moon Tribute CWs, I don't think it's organized into public/private at the moment, but it's a good place to start.
Overall, it really just depends on if you find someone willing to let go of their copies because I think most of the copies of Sailor Moon Tributes belong to other Sailor Moon fans, so I'm not sure how easy or difficult it may be to come across these pieces second-hand.
