oh wow, your stuff is so pretty. you should definitely be making money off it! also i see that you're on solia online. i used to play on there! however i felt like it was a bit lacking so i ended up leaving eventually, although i loved the rp community there.

oh thank you :) I did some gold-commissions on gaia a long time ago, but I always feel like my style isn't constant enough to do an artshop :/ But I try to get there one day :D Yea solia is... idk it's not that active and don't really have anyone to talk to on there anymore. I don't have a close relationship to that site, I still have my freebie thread on there but that's it. I never got into rps in communities :/ I guess I'm always afraid that my English isn't good enough xD

you're welcome. your style definitely doesn't have to be consistent to have an art shop here. there's so many different styles here it's crazy, and some people switch their styles often.

i used to be on gaia too, btw, that's how i got into human avatar communities and such like this one. i actually met by irl bf on gaia a long, long time ago.

that's something i noticed about solia, it was never that active. i was mostly there for art and roleplaying anyway.

i understand what you mean. i've been roleplaying for almost 12 years and i still worry if i'm going to roleplay as well as my partner, or if i'm going to write well enough in general.

Yeah gaia was how it began for me too, so many years ago, but now this place is just .. sad... beside the fact they banned my main account some time ago for no reason, I'm fed up with that place. It's sad I had so many art shops on there, it really motivated me for a long time :)

I was almost desperate to find new places to share art with people but it was harder than expected, I hope it's going to be a new home here for me! I miss communities really, nobody is that talkative on deviantart anymore too, and I'm not cut out to just draw silently for myself all the time :D

So far I've just roleplayed with a few close friends and my gf, and you are right, there are so many great roleplayers out there, it's not easy to get on that level :D I just keep writing for myself sometimes, though not that often as I used to ^^

oh subeta will definitely be a new home for you. there's only around 3000 active people on this site, so it's a small community, but you're sure to meet some great people and there's always someone to talk to!

what do you like to write? i used to write a lot, but that was when i was an emo teenager haha. over the years, my love for writing has kind of dwindled although i do still do it every now and then and still hope to write a book one day!

I'm studying software-development and I'm going to write my bachelor thesis this year, then I'm gonna be finally free haha :D

idk anything about gaias community development xD The art shops went crazy during the end, all those bumping and those prices, it was just too much I didn't want to participate in that anymore, and I had a freebie thread on there too, in the end there was too much action and I had to bump my own freebie thread several times and still had no requests, I didn't want to draw on there anymore |D beside of that people were rude when they requested, so no big loss for me.

I was delighted when I saw that the forum actually had some action, while not having that craziness that always was going on on gaia :D There is still so much stuff to discover, but I already like it on here ^^ I love the ping-system, it's so fast and clear °-° And you can actually get some stuff when you're new, I like that a lot :) And so far everybody has been really nice!

I only write short-stories with my OCs these days. Because of my lack of inspiration, I made myself a small program to randomize a scenario and then write about that xD e.g. "Small Cabin, Character X is lost" or something like that. I used to write a lot of fantasy stuff, I had some novels planned out in my had but I've never been able to flesh them out and make something of it :/ Some nice day I want to write a script for a possible comic, but idk if that will ever happen tbh xD I've been so much more active as an emo teen too haha |D It sometimes seems that it's easier to write when you are depressed and/or over dramatic |D In the end I never really finished something with more than 5 pages though :/ I hope for you you can fulfill your dream of writing a book someday :D It would be so awesome to get something like that done!

oh yeah, subeta makes it easy for newbies to get stuff. you're not stuck trying to build things up and stuff like that. and speaking of, i've sent you a few things :)

that sounds like a really cool idea, what you do with your characters. that kind of writing would pan out well if you're planning to create pets here on subeta. there was once when i was writing a book and had 3 chapters finished but then when i went through it all again, i suddenly hated it and threw it all out lol. thank you though!

Ah I know that feeling! It always sounds better when you first write it xD I once, really long ago, started a bigger story, and my mom told one of my teachers that I'm writing stuff, so he wanted to read it. He really liked it and that was the point where I couldn't continue because I suddenly felt all pressured D:

oh yeah, cws are great but they cost a lot. Gotta make a lot of sp to get them unless you have the money to spend. It looks like you already have one, the wig. You're good at making ha's! Its not one of my strong suits.

Oh yeah! Its hard to write if you feel like you're under pressure or if you feel like you have to impress someone, because then you're worrying about it the whole time. I envy people who writing comes naturally to!
