I did a thing

Its a cute wig. I don't know much in the ways of art, but to me the front horn seems a little off/flat. Don't listen to me tho, as I said I can't do graphic art on computer to save my life.

Overall the whole thing seems a bit flat. I think you did too much blending. It's supposed to be cell shaded, which doesn't involve blending with any sort of blending tool. Now, I do know some people (me included) do add a layer of darker shading with a soft brush to bring out some of the shadows and make it look more dimensional, but overall, this doesn't appear to have any one light source, it's a lot of different colors sorta of mixed together. The idea and style is cute tho, but I would work on the shading of the hair to look more cell shaded, so a harder brush is used to build up the shadows and then highlight at the end. The horns don't seem to have much shading at all, they def need some more. Also, at the back of the head, is it supposed to look like it's shaved? If so, I would make it more obvious, otherwise it looks like you just missed a spot of the head- if not, then you def want to make sure the hair covers the entire head properly.

Overall, I think it's a good starting point, but you simply need to work a little more on the shading. =) GL!
