So currently I just want to know if Im on the right track for Scroll Spells, and have an appropriate set. Wanted to know if upgrading an attacker would be ideal and what to replace my bomb with, because I have heard that bombs aren't really that useful in higher tiers.

Currently I am T8, but I should be T9 by March, so I want to know what I should be looking for maybe.

My set right now is:

My goal is to have at least 70 AP by the time I get to T9

Hey, others will come and have different advice than me, but this is what I would do.

Definitely replace your bomb, you should grab a blaster. Either or is ideal.

As far as your frost thorn goes, I love that weapon for my T6 pets, but you should definitely upgrade to similar usage as this has a potential freeze also.

Your trident is something you'll hang on to for a long time, basically forever most of us still use ours. But your reborn icewand should be upgraded also. or (this has a nice blessing) are the best options to carry you through T9 until you can upgrade to a better healer at T10.

Two full blockers like STS and RV are definitely useful for some battles, but I'd invest in another healer for most battles honestly, I'd personally replace STS (because it doesn't have a freeze chance) with I like this because with Pquill and RoTL you can get out of an emergency situation twice. Really helpful to me.

As far as your scrolls go no one can really complain about your set, it's basically perfect. One big thing is getting your AP up though. If you can get it around 100 by T10 you can equip multiple cobalts/freezers/specific OPB blockers like fatal fire and perilous whirlpool.

I wouldn't spend the 75m on the gutting knife any more. save that sP for a t10/t11 weapon.

start saving your battle tokens for to replace your gorgun, are pretty cheap (unreasonably cheap...) that you can use those for now.

is a decent scroll, 7% heal with offense and defense infinite use. would not heal as much as your terra but do more offense and defense so might be worth it. perilous whirlpools are pretty cheap to make and have freeze chance + fire defense so they're nice. sancturia exodins are nice, they're cobalts with different icons, and can be made but they tend to be pricey. other scrolls you'll end up earning from certain battles and plots and stuff though.

Frostbite Amulet is worth looking into. could be useful during BQ level 21-24.

Turkey Quill is also a decent healer if you are looking for one. i use it a lot more than wand of doom and large gutting knife lately. especially if you got high hp.

Item Defenders Shield can be useful at times. i find it useful against the gate keeper. it block nice amount. got nice curse. and cheap.
