Mario Kart 8 and if you like Mario Party 10

Depends on what you're into really, but I really enjoy Hyrule Warriors, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, and Super Mario 3D World. I'm super into platformers, and DKC:TF and SM3DW are both really beautiful games with a ton of creative levels. DKC is significantly harder than Mario, though.

As for Hyrule Warriors, it's a great stress reliever and really fun to just decimate swaths of enemies with one move. The characters are all really fun to play, as well. There's not a single one I dislike.

I also second the motion for Mario Kart 8. You can never go wrong with Mario Kart.
