So, I'm about to purchase Natasha. My current attackers are

I know I need to have all of them in my rotation, depending on the challenger, but for Battle Quests, which weapons should I have in my default weapon set? My first inclination is to remove Blessed Trident from the default, but I'd love some input.

I used to have Swashbuckle and Paintbrush Blades in my default set every day and found that worked pretty well, so keeping your Blessed Trident of the Banished One in your default set wouldn't be a bad thing.

I almost never use my Malignant Rift Staff... So it would be between Natasha, Paintbrush Blades, and Blessed Trident of the Banished One. You just have to figure out which ones you like to use or find you use most often.

But before you even click 'Start Battle' you can swap your weapons around if you want. Your default set is mostly there for convenience rather than to limit you. Playing around with different attack combinations is part of the fun of battling so don't feel limited to your default set :)

Do you need any advice beyond your attackers or are you all set there?

- BQs are such a chore that I'd rather not switch out weapons before each battle...just click until I power through them. I'll try dropping the rift staff out of the default and see if I like it.

I feel like I have a good set of scrolls. Aftershocks was a game changer. Psycho smasher has been a good addition, too.

So, I think I'm set until I get closer to tier 12 and can start looking at creating a Cronus blade.

My bq defaults are and the staff may be a little tricky to get your hands on, but it's worth it. They only weapon I use above T11 is MW and that's literally only for one opponent.

PBB and skull staff will take care of anyone else.

[edit] If it's between the three is use trident + PBB (ditch the rift staff)

Then switching out your Malignant Rift Staff for Natasha will likely work best :) Statistically speaking, Natasha has an extra 1% heal per turn and blocks 100 icons of fire, which I think you'll find more useful. Paintbrush Blades also blocks a similar amount of icons in Magama and Fire as the Staff so you have those covered already.

But I believe I use fire and wind blockers most often in battles so Natasha and Blessed Trident will probably get the most use.

- The staff looks good, but I'm not sure I can afford both it and Natasha right now.

Natasha is more important and about half the price. Definitely would go Natasha first.

But with PBB Natasha and Trident you'll have a perfect set, won't need to add much (if anything) as you go up in tiers

I honestly use my skull staff a lot more than my Natasha. especially with the newer opponents and the harder opponents.

The problem is finding a skull staff for sale though.

I was just thinking the other fire blockers are extremely hard to find. Definitely love my skull staff, but I wouldn't want to try and find pbow or kwand or wrath for a decent price.

suffices in some battles, also can be used with sufficient AP.

I just hardly need a fire blocker.

Yeah the fatal fires are nice and are decently priced you can probably grab about 10-15 of them without breaking the bank.

Skull staff is worth it but took me forever to find a seller for mine, even after I made a few offers of 3 bil I got rejected lol

Yeah finding that was lucky. I don't know how many will ever go up for sale from here on out.

Natasha imo is a good buy, I use it for certain battles (mainly Chase and Prodigy) but fire blockers aren't always necessary.

I'd definitely use it over the rift staff or paintbrush blades, though if the opponent doesn't use any fire offense you may be better off with either of the other two.

I have a large number of attackers in my armory, probably 7 that I rotate through depending on the challenger. My defaults have always included the trident and once I picked up the PBB it has been the trident + pbb. PBB is well rounded all around and the trident's blessing can be extremely useful

natasha is definitely one of my most consistently used weapons, it's always in my set except for a few very specific challengers, the only one in bqs i take it out for is crithbolcan, and even there it'd be fine really, and pbbs or rift staff are just no comparison.
