Is anyone else not getting any new year tokens today on quests?

I've gotten some, seems like less than yesterday, though. Yesterday I was getting tokens about half of the time, today it was more like 1/3.

I haven't been getting them as much as I did the first day. It seems to taper off more each day :/ I actually made a topic about this too.
