Thank you so much for the contributions! Unfortunately due to an error I wasn't able to actually post the entire thread because it was too long. I'll be adding all of these to the list but in the meantime I've filed a ticket for this thread to be deleted so I can re-post it in parts. Over half of this thread is missing because the thread was too long to post all at once and I couldn't post it in parts because I had to go out.
