You can search for it and the item image shows up in the wardrobe, but when you hover over the item image in the wardrobe or click to add it to your avatar it's just a broken image in the top left corner.

Gotta love v3 wardrobe tbh. this is also an issue with the hospital gowns recently (ish) released, and those haven't been fixed either. Oddly enough they work just fine as wearables once saved (the gowns do, anyway, I don't have the telerok fang actually in my wardrobe to test if that does or not, I would wager that it does though)
