I have been on for 6 1/2 years. I received 5 of them. I placed a forum post and am still unsure what to do.Are they all mine to use or is there a glitch like the trees? Thanks I filed a ticket.I have them locked in my inventory.

Have you been collecting your loyalty boxes over the years, or is this the first time you've ever tried to collect?

If it's the first time, then you should have received one for every year you've been on the site (excluding the first year).

If you've already collected one every year before, then it's probably best to file a ticket so they can look into the problem and remove the extras.
