Constructive Criticism needed please!

@ Vyrania You have a basic grasp on the shading of the hair, which is a great place to start, although I would suggest adding even more highlights, especially if going for a kind of anime style. The eyes are spot on for anime style, by the way, well done. I would suggest doing some research on proportions/alignment of the facial features to help you place everything more head on (Mark Crilley is one of my personal favorites, especially for the anime style of drawing.) Hope that's helpful ^.^
