I am SO pissed off right now. It was worse last night though. I was finally taking the time to put the music from my iPhone onto my Mac after I got home from work last night at about 9:30pm. So it's going along and I'm all happy because it's going SO FAST because it's a new phone and computer and it took like 10 minutes instead of the hours it took on my old PC. So it finishes and I look at the song total and it's 500-something. Cue my 'Oh Jesus WTF Now FML' reaction. Of course it only copied the purchased songs. Never fucking mind that the other 300-something songs on my phone which is MINE are from CDs which are MINE, NOPE I can't have them on the computer that is MINE. So cue me having the shit fit to end all shit fits because goddamnit music is one of the most important things in the world to me and I NEED ALL OF IT DAMN YOU TECHNOLOGY!! So I Googled what to do and it gave me a list of downloadable programs which I could use. Chose one that got good reviews and was from a reputable company, dl'd the free trial, it was going along smoothly, I was selecting all the songs that needed to be copied, but about a half hour in to doing that I clicked the wrong thing which deselected all the songs I had so painstakingly selected and I promptly lost all will to live, screaming obscenities and crying along the way.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT'S HOLY TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO GET my MUSIC ONTO my COMPUTER FROM my PHONE?! bangs head onto desk a few hundred times crying
Check for the Cloud download button icon - you'll have all the music attached to your account but if it's a new PC, it won't be there til you download from a Cloud.
It's weird with getting music off iTouches/iPhones, especially if it's been ripped from a CD. Chances are, you'll either have to re-rip those CDs or buy the digital versions.
Sorry but that's how Apple stuff is and it's really stupid.
It should be on the album cover if you go to like the main page, lower right corner if you have it.
I know, right? Just wait, Apple's trying to phase out standard jack headphones and make it lightning port.
