You need to have all these items in your inventory: Frankenpie (Apple Slice) Frankenpie (Blueberry Slice) Frankenpie (Cherry Slice) Frankenpie (Grape Slice) Frankenpie (Left Gumdrop) Frankenpie (Lemon Slice) Frankenpie (Orange Slice) Frankenpie (Right Gumdrop)

Then click on one of them and choose the option to "Stitch Together"
