If you're meaning like the Token Shop groups though, no. BHH usually only restocks 1 item at a time. I've seen 2 items a couple of times, but it's even more rare.

There wouldn't be much point in once, since most (if not all) items restocking there are so rare and very valuable, if someone sees an item, they immediately buy it without thinking. At least that's what I do. :)
