I chose the Centropolis tree at first, then changed my mind and picked the Arctic Frost tree instead. When I moved on to the decorating screen, the Centropolis tree was still there, but I figured it was some kind of caching error and would update once I had decorated and saved my tree. However, the tree is still the Centropolis one, and when I go back to the page to pick a different tree again, the Arctic Frost tree is not there.

Hard refresh and clear your cache, because I'm seeing the Arctic Frost tree for you c:

I have this same issue. The tree is the right one on my profile and in forums, but on the decoration page it is still the Peka glade one.

Hard refreshing doesn't help.

I'm having problems with ornaments not showing up and I've added and removed the missing ones and yes saved only to still not have them show up, any ideas on that one??

Did you actually reset the entire tree using the reset link?

Yes, it just won't show up this one decoration (Broken Bead Chain) for some reason.

I'm having the same issue. I first chose the Atebus tree but then decided the ornaments would be easier to see on the Arctic Snow tree. If I click on the Change Tree, it no longer offers the Arctic Snow but instead offers the Atebus tree. Hard cache clearing did not fix this problem. Switching to a completely different browser did not fix this problem. Switching to a different computer did not fix the problem!
