I opened one of my loyalty boxes last night and chose the 3 month gold account, but I didn't get my gold account and the loyalty box is gone from my inventory.

Did you activate that actual totem that comes from the box?

Not a problem :) glad it was as simple as that. If the totem doesn't do the trick, make sure you clear your cache and hard refresh. If that doesn't work then file a ticket and they can help you from there.
