My favorite manga ever is Boys Over Flowers. I read it years ago and it is so long, it's wonderful.

akatsuki no yona (ongoing) - not a typical shoujo koukou debut - really cute strobe edge - it's a bit like a typical shoujo but i love it haha

Ah, Kimi ni Todoke is so good n_n

Sukitte Ii Na Yo is one of my favs! Perfect Girl Evolution is one I loved a lot when I was younger... Kuragehime is also good, though I suppose it isn't technically shoujo, but more josei...

Allow me to second that Akatsuki no Yona recommendation; it's really good.

Beyond that, I really like Akagami no Shirayuki-hime and Horimiya (this one is actually labelled as shounen because of the magazine it's printed in, but it's the type of thing you're looking for). Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is more like a parody, but it's hilarious (though I've only seen the anime for that one). Maid-sama! and Warau Kanoko-sama were also pretty good.
