Whenever I come to save my tree after adding new ornaments it doesn't seem to let me, when I come back to the tree to decorate the ornaments i've added are gone!

I am also having this similar issue. I saved my tree once, but then I noticed a string of lights on there I don't remember adding and wanted to remove. when I went back to the tree link to remove those lights, the list of what is on my tree will load, but all of the ornaments and tree is missing. When I try and hit save nothing happens. I would to be able to remove the one item without having to do everything all over again.

I too am having an issue with my tree. When I go to my tree, the ornaments show up where my tree should be, but the "tree" is blank. I tried to add an ornament and put it where I think it should go, and hit save. It wont save :( Pls halp :)

My tree shows up, but without all the decorations. One save went wonky -- I had to click save a few times for it to go through -- and now not only do those 'saved' changes not show, nothing new will save either. The saved/not saved ornaments show when my HA is hovered over but not in the tree builder.

I counted 29, including the Purple Strand Lights that I removed completely and put it back in my inventory and still see it on my tree. I only see the list of ornaments, nothing where they should be hanging and no tree. Save button does nothing when I click on it.

I did another hard refresh, first time the tree popped up but not the item list. Second hard refresh both things popped up. I removed the decoration I didn't want and hit save and this time it looks like it might have saved.

I have 11 ornaments on my tree. The ornaments show up, just not the tree. I can't add anything and save it. It does show up in my profile as a green tree with ornaments though.

EDIT I rebooted and refreshed a couple of times. Tree showed up as a tree. Added my item. Didn't save the first time, but I got it to save the second time!! :)

I'm having this issue too, but... I have a process that seems to help it save. If you move an ornament into your inventory and click on ornament inventory on that page, or from the Lumi Trees link on the news page, it'll load your tree. But, don't mess with your ornaments. Refresh the page and then try it. That always seems to fix it for me, so maybe it will work for others? Might as well give it a shot. :3

mine's not saving either. i just wanna decorate ;_; if i move a few things around then try to save, nothing happens with the save button to indicate it has saved (and it doesn't). if i move one at a time and click the save button it /says/ it saved, but it still doesn't. i don't have that many ornaments on my tree...haven't tried hard refresh yet...but honestly i'm too tired to keep fiddling trying to find a fix right now so i'm gonna go attempt some quests...

also, i don't know if this is just me or if it's happening to others too, but for the past 48~hrs the whole site randomly refuses to load anything. i try to refresh a page, or go to a different page, and it's just a spinning loading wheel of doom until it decides to start working again (i've just waited half an hour for it to kick back into gear! longest wait yet!). if this isn't just me, could this be related to the trees?? maybe? probably not...
