... so I signed up here! I'm Nocriel, 21.75 years old and not feeling very well at the moment, so I decided I could use some distraction. I'm a cat lover, real life loser, and huge Blizzard fan who spends way too much time and money on WoW and HotS.

Like many other users here I'm also a former neopets player. I started about 4 months before the horrible redesign in 2007, then rage-quitted because I was so very close to my first paint brush when they decided to make the pets ugly. 4 years later I wanted to give Neo another chance and created a new account but I was never active for a long time, I just didn't like it anymore. Last weekend I felt the need to take care of some virtual pets again, so I decided to gift my stuff on Neopets to other users, self-freeze, and finally sign up here! Thanks to Neocolours I knew about Subeta for a long time and always secretly adored the much better artwork but unfortunately couldn't speak English back then.

And I really, really like it so far. Coming from neopets I'm amazed by the fact that I already have 2 coloured pets and a decent-looking avatar after only 2 days of playing and I didn't even have to sell my soul for paint brushes! So far the only thing about Subeta that bothers me is that there are SO many pretty clothes that I have no idea how I'm supposed to decide on what to wear...

Right now I'm trying to make my HA look like myself and only need some kitty boots and a red tabby cat to complete it.

@ I'm from Germany. My English was horrible as a teenager but I learned it rather quickly once I started playing video games, reading, watching movies and communicating on the internet in English. School wasn't nearly as helpful 😄
