While I can appreciate the subtleties in each monthly theme, I thought I would post a mild critique. Since this month was loosely based around foods (which I totally love! Let's face it, WE cannot live without FOODS) and the collection is gorgeous and really hit the spot for me! I gotta say, I was really hoping for a couple EddieBell lines from Subeautique and some edible Genetech Combos (either using foods, creating foods, BOTH!) would've been a real treat!! (OF COURSE Genetech wearables & readables are a mega plus aswell)

Those would have really tied the theme together I think, and made the month much more hearty v

inspirational photos pie hat/fascinator carrot shoe ice cream cone dress note: awesome spoon earrings bitten watermelon dress banana dress gum/candy machine dress could be a top with skirt and apron swiss cheese gown pizza bathing suit/one piece I like the pizza earrings but I think pepperoni dots would've been cute as earrings too infamous gaga meat dress meat skirt waffle pants veggie dress, and bread/baguette shirt/skirt chocolate dress with fan accessory popcorn & sundae I think both of which would be suitable for the carnival prize shop stock, and for the sundae I think the cherry would be better doubled and used as a purse instead of head accessory held take away boxes cute for dainty purses

plus more held food please, like, we really need a bowl full of popcorn xD are all that comes to mind...

Anyway, NOW that I'm hangry, you get the idea.

Speaking of genetech, I find it entertaining that for less than a year we were overloaded with items for it and when I pointed it out was like bitch please shut up and sit down noted that staff were trying to get to neglected features... But now it's been almost a year since anything new came from it (12/6/14).

We are trying to use neglected features more, but I was actually told to stop making Genetech things. :x We want to rework the system for it.

Ah, that'd explain it. Revamp sounds good though, ahahaha BHH has gotten a good amount of attention. A shockingly good balance I think ? Y'all have a knack of being very 'GO BIG OR GO HOME BRUH' where something will be overly easy/overused/etc, or completely unreasonable/overdone/etc.

... Once the genetech feature is revamped there should totally be an assemble-a-pet feature. I know, it's similar to the zapper but it'd be entertaining.

This post may have elements of ideas and suggestions but because this month is over, the theme will be changed tomorrow. I posted this to Site Feedback to merely give my thoughts regarding the November monthly theme. I will have to disagree with you moving my post to the Avatar subforum of S&I as my other dissatisfaction was regarding the lack of edible Genetech combos...

That is kinda disheartening to hear you haven't been allowed to create more Genetech combos. Honestly, I think a new one once a month or every couple months would really help tie in monthly themes...Also, do we still have the artist on staff that's responsible for thr EddieBell lines? I'm wondering why that opportunity was missed....

I can ping for you to move to the Items subforum instead... but since the bulk of your post were requests for more clothing, this was where I judged it to be best. None of these items exist currently, and your post does not address the actual monthly collection (other than that it didn't meet your hopes), so these are suggestions for the future, not feedback. I know it can be confusing sometimes with the overlap in the two forums. :)

Actually, it says in my original post that the monthly collection really hit the spot for me. I'm talking about the theme that comes along with the collection, right? Waffle revamps, Pans for the Home Appliances shop, Food Market Oils and Baking Ingredients, the Crystal shop got a Mud Pie, Half Baked got forum shop goodies, you see what I mean? The monthly theme was food because the collection usually brings that along with it throughout the month.... I'm voicing my dissatisfaction, and instead of giving negative feedback and being vague by just saying "More could've been done" I'm giving feedback and suggestions of how it could've been made better, you know? Because, what's constructive criticisms without suggestions/inspiration? All I wanted was to really tie the month together in the theme of food...And I feel like this thread has been derailed anyway, partly because it was moved to suggestions and ideas... shrug Sorry.

I love all things food on Subeta and enjoyed this monthly theme. My personal preference leans more towards wearable foods that aren't clothes but are actual avatar food and drink.

I'm really glad the Genetech system is under scrutiny and getting overhauled. Imo, the combinations were fun to figure out collaboratively on the forums but it wasn't so fun to be offline and return to skyrocketed prices on obscure retired items.
