Hi guys,

I put my pet Jaelle in autotraining (http://subeta.net/explore/train.php) yesterday. She should have come out this morning at 4:15 a.m., but had at 3.30 a.m. still 2 sessions left. And when I look into the training now, she STILL has 2 sessions left. (Screenshot: http://666kb.com/i/d3yabx6olkypmdyrb.jpg) Doing the math: 2x225 min = 7.5 hours. Even if she had had 2 sessions left at 4 a.m., she´d be out for some time by now. I already filed a ticket and got the answer that "IF there's been a delay in autotraining, the delay affects all players equally".

So I want to ask if anyone else is stuck in autotraining OR got their pet out of autotraining without problem today?

Edit: If there happened anything causing a lag, it would probably have happened between about 8:45 p.m. yesterday and midnight. (Because thats 450 minutes resp. 226 minutes before the estimated end of autotraining at 4:15 a.m.. And if it was more than 450 mins, it would say 3 classes left, and at 225 mins or less it would say 1 class left - at least I guess so.)

My pet, Atainatoo, is stuck in autotraining as well. My battle pet widget says "session is complete" which it should have been at 3:21 AM. It's now 4:25 PM and I can't do anything with her. If you're still in contact with the UA regarding your pet, let him/her know it's affecting my pet as well.

And still stuck. Going to bed in half an hour, that´s a whole day of wasted training. It´s not that bad, but I had the day off and thought I would be able to do some normal training sessions after autotraining finished. Tomorrow I´ll be almost not at home at all, so... meh. Things can happen, codes can glitch and everything, but it´s frustrating. :/

Also stuck. Time: 153 minutes Graysby has 3 classes left! The autotraining session will be finished around 6:46 AM today.

Should have been done this morning, now its 8:53 pm. I was expecting lag in time to finish with the move but this is way past catching up on classes.

Still stuck - Jaelle is now in training for 47 1/2 hours. Would be great if she´d at least get the according stats... :/

I've filed a ticket and the UA will notify a programmer. I've given the UA a link to this thread and no doubt the programmer will be directed here as well. If anyone else is stuck it might be a good idea if you posted about it.

Now there's a thought! I'd gladly pay for courses owed if mine would be credited with the stats for time she's been stuck. So far she's missed 5 classes ... and counting.

Good luck, this was the answer I got from AeriaLure: "I checked with the programmers for you, and they said you need to wait for the autotraining to just time out on its own. Please let me know if you have any further questions, in regards to this ticket."

Now it says it will last until 4:15 tomorrow. http://666kb.com/i/d3yvvavklo1hs9xar.jpg hnnngh That´s more than 24 hours from now, as if I had put her back in autotraining by myself (which I´m unable to, I´m out of csc), but I won´t get any stats for it probably. (At least I didn´t get any additional stats the last time she was stuck some months ago.)

Oh, and Keith said on the Server Move thread at 5:01 p.m. yesterday: "There we go, just pushed fixes for the lag and avatars, now to move on to the other couple broken things :) " - so apparently, the lag is fixed? :/

@ Cleometry That's insane! My timer isn't changing at all. It says "Atainatoo has 1 classes left! The autotraining session will be finished around 3:21 AM tomorrow." That's exactly what it said yesterday. My UA is Cilan and she's going to contact Grelca. I'm really hoping she'll help us get our pets out of there. I've never heard of a pet being stuck before. How long did it take for yours to get free? This is making me hesitant to use autotraining again.

The lag is fixed? I'm still getting it, but not as bad as before, and the top of the hour to 10 after the hour lag is gone so I'm happy about that. Maybe Keith was referring to what's broken in the Training Center???

My timer didn´t change the whole day yesterday - I just guess it´s because the autotraining should have been over more than 24 hours ago, the timer just estimated that because the 4:15 a.m. was over twice it must mean tomorrow? Because it should say "4:15 a.m. YESTERDAY" if it worked right...

Back in August, Jaelle was stuck for about an hour. "It may have been caused by server lag due to the event -- it's not uncommon for things to take a bit longer than normal when an event is in full swing and there are a lot of members on draining the servers' resources. There was a big boss battle happening at the time you encountered this issue." But now it´s just getting ridiculous.

Mine are still stuck too. Its been over 24 hours since two of these should have ended and the third is at 22 hours since it should have ended. Hope Grace sees this soon :(

My pet is also stuck. No stats are added (that is the worst part) and the completion time is the same as it displayed yesterday (it says it is complete tomorrow).

I put him in for autotraining yesterday morning.

Mine now appears to be unstuck, but with a finish time 34 hours later than originally scheduled.

I am still training but at least the number of sessions are going down.

Sorry to see you've joined the 'club'. It looks like things are moving forward now so hopefully you'll get through your session without further delay.

Mine got stuck right at the end of her training, she was so close to being out that she was released immediately. I'm happy for you yours is moving through again. Are you going to put yours back in for more? I'm a bit leery to do that just yet so I'm single training now.

News from AeriaLure: "The programmers have fixed the autotraining issue. The autotraining will still need to end on its own, but the count should go down."

I just asked her if there was any way to get the stats awarded for the time we were stuck - but I´m trying not to get my hopes up too much...
