I was using the Zapper and the page froze up on me, so I refreshed it. The zapper got used. Now my pet is invisible, or more specifically has one of those broken picture symbols for when a photo can't load on a web page. His profile says he's now a Chibi Experiment , which I would really really like. I'm not sure what to do to fix him :/ all my other pets are fine.

The chibi doesn't exist yet, so I'm not sure there's anything you can do besides keep zapping, they might be able to refund your tokens/reset the timer if you file a ticket but that's probably about it.

So it's just a glitch then, and I accidentally got a nonexistant pet? It's not because I happened to refresh the page?
