Fallout 4 unlocks at midnight EST for digital downloads (and I imagine people who got their physical copies early, but I don't know if those are timed to the console?) Anybody lucky enough to snag a pip-boy edition? I had one but I canceled it because my bank account was sad. I've been shying away from reviews and the like because I don't want to see anything until I play it for myself, but I have looked at the perk flowchart that Reddit made and watched part of the video of the guy timing how long it takes to cross the map.

Are you guys excited? Bummed? What's going through your heads?

I'm thinking about bribing my professors with pumpkin bread tomorrow to let me skip class :P I'll also be streaming the entire thing.

So so so excited. My SO got the pipboy edition, and I almost snagged one for myself but decided against it (way too broke and my phone wouldn't fit in it anyway, darn you samsung and your huge phones). I've only watched the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. promotional videos and have been trying to ignore everything else XD.

Thanks! I actually saved up and finally got that to add to the effect. I got really lucky in that the Morostide background looks just like the film they always use on the Fallout intros :)

Don't worry, now that 4 is out the pipboy isn't leaving XD I actually haven't been able to play yet sadness (SO was a dumb bum and had it shipped to their hometown on accident XD) but I've seen a bunch of gameplay, and oh. my. gosh. I wanna play it so much. I've been trying to sate the urges to steal someones copy by playing new vegas XD
