I honestly don't know if this has been addressed or not previously, but I've been considering it for a while and figured it needed to be a thing.

I understand how difficult it would be to revamp/upload/change the current minions.

I am thinking more for future minions as I understand the staff have a lot on their plate already. I also understand that there are minions that can be purchased that you can change into wearable items such as a pretty skirt or an awesome tunic, but no option to actually wear the minion as a companion.

As a critter lover and a beast fanatic I would love to see beside me, or in the background. Seeing the or interact with my HA would be awesome. These creatures are so cool and adorable and to be honest I would be more inclined to pay CSC for them if I had the option of seeing them as companions rather than just storing them in a shop for my own viewing pleasure.

Hopefully I am not stepping over a line here... ;w; I just love beasties and want more of them. ❤️

I think it's been said already that they don't intend to make any more minions wearable. But the last time I saw them say that was quite a while ago, so they may have changed their minds..But yeah, it's definitely been said that they didn't want to do that again.

Minions are there for your pet. Not everything has to be for the HA.

I am not sure if I upset you but that was not my intention. I understand they are for pets, but I thought it would be nice to see them as companions as well. There is no reason to be snippy.

np. I'd say you can still pursue this, because they've said loads of stuff in the past of "no we'll never do this" and they've changed their minds later on, so don't give up!!

- Being that there are so many minions, I think it'd be hard for them to go back and turn them into wearables. I'd love to see some of them as wearables as well, but I just don't think it's feasible for the artists to do them all. Having cash shop minion+wearables would be pretty cool though, I like that idea. And of course making (or commissioning someone to make) something close to the minion as a CW is an option as well if there are ones you're dying to have.

MAN i agree that this would be a massive undertaking, but i'd love for a lot of minions to be wearable as well. tbh i don't see why there can't be more crossover for item uses? apart from collections, it doesn't seem detrimental for things to have multiple uses-- there are already items that are some combination of books/wearables/food/minions, after all.

Oh no. I know there's very little chance/no way in heck for them to go back and add a HA overlay to the older minions. I was thinking more for future minions that they release as stated above. I know they have some minions that turn into wigs/eyes/skirts etc. so I don't feel it's too far a stretch to add a companion wearable as well to the mix. If that makes any sense at all.

I would gladly draw minions myself as CWs if it were allowed, but staff won't allow for such things right now. :c

You can draw similar concepts to the minions, but I think it has to be treated like a tribute in that there has to be 4 changes to it. Although two of the ones you posted are mythical creatures so I think as long as you didn't 100% copy the concept you'd be fine. The Terratuga and the Tragic Muse would probably have to have more changes though.

I know there were a few CS minions that were interchangeable that could be worn as the pet itself too. Like that little green and orange bird (that looked a lot like Joli, remember?) and I think another one, but I can't remember. Most of the animals have been like, figurines or totems. It might be a fun idea if some of them could be wearable, but I agree it's not feasible for them to make all minions wearable (and some are just not worth wearing imo lol). Personally, since I don't really wear animals on my HA all that often, it doesn't bother me that much- but it could still for sure be a fun idea.

True, but this site is centered more around the HA than the pet in the last few years. The HA market brings in profit far more than the pets do- so I wouldn't be surprised if they consider doing such a thing, but at the same time, it wouldn't matter to me if they didn't.

On a note to the staff- I would say if indeed you consider doing something like this- you make an exclusive CSC "petshop" as it were. A place where the minions can be both minions to pets and HAs. Like, that's the only place you can get these pets. I know it's been mentioned that already existing pets would be fun made wearable- but it's still a fun idea to make a minion, that perhaps doesn't cost too much, maybe 100 csc each or something and is wearable as a pet, not interchangeable, just a minion pet for a HA to wear if they desire. Could be fun?

Human avatars already have pretty much all of the attention focused on them. Minions have uses already, they're used for pets, and for the minion zoo that's eventually coming out.

I'm a little tired of the "if it cannot be used for my avatar, it's worthless" mentality.

I'd like the suggestion if yeah, the site was all about pets, and human avatars were neglected and there was nothing to do with them.

Thing is, human avatars are not neglected. They don't need even more focus, especially if the focus is taken from another part of the site that has less attention and less updates focused towards them.

You have the animal chance machine, you have animal companions that are not minions, please leave the few things that are pet focussed...for pets.

What is fun about the site is the diversity, and if Subeta focuses just on avatars because they bring more money, well, it would be a terribly boring site.

@ KRAKEN As sad as it is, MINIONS won't be making it into our wardrobe. I am very sad about this because I'd love to wear a punkmallow. However, we've gotten some from the monthly collections/etc. January (minion month ! So more than one): = = has various minions in the background. = (sorta)

There are some older ones I can look for, but I think they're all (or mostly all) variants of pets.

This is a suggestion board and this is just a suggestion. I am not demanding for minions to be made wearable, I am simply asking if it's a possibility.

I love the pets on here, and I LOVE the minions. If anything I would LOVE for them to get more attention because I feel their design is just as gorgeous and adorable as any of the pet overlays. As such I would also love to celebrate their design on my HA as well, which is all I am asking.

In NO way am I saying they are worthless if they are not made into wearables. I want to own them all regardless, because I love them that much. ESPECIALLY the mythical ones.

Staff has been pretty strict on the "minions are not wearable and wearables cannot be minions" rule.

There are some wearable critters that I would love to have as minions (Powerful Prowler and Safir, hinthint), but it was made clear from the start that actual minions (the ones you give to your pets) would not be wearable and vice versa.

Wouldn't be opposed to more wearables along the lines of the stuff mentioned, though!

I don't disagree with the fact that there is a lot of emphasis on the HA part of the site- but being a business, Subeta does focus on a lot of their attention on what they think makes them money, but I agree, if more focus was put on other places on the site, they may find they make just as much money. I think it's sad pets get as neglected as they do. So I totally get what you're coming from, I like collecting minions for the minions, not really to wear them, since I don't wear the animal on my HAs I got. Besides, I think in the end, similar companions could always be made through cws. shrug Since I know they've made some minions wearable, my suggestion still stands that if people want more wearable minions, it should be a small exclusive bunch, or even a chance box or something, you know? Not like a huge amount. Even if they had 10-20 CS minions that could also be worn, that might be fun and wouldn't take away from other minions that are on site, like the reg minion shop and the new one at Shengui Guo.

You make a good point. They are kind of making some of the minions wearable, in one way or another, some are minions, some are versions of pets (like the anyu and ruffie) and some are earth animals.... but all in all- they're doing some stuff to get minions here and there on site, which is cool, but doesn't bother me either way. =)

Don't we also have an Autumn Dragon wearable item? We have some wearables that have made critters (including minions) for our HAs in the past. I wouldn't mind seeing more of those, but no to an overhaul of actual minions.

Which is sad. I can understand why they would only do it for CSC, but event items (like the Phugs omg those are so cute), battle rewards etc. would be adorable as well.

Ah I remember the one you are talking about. I agree it wouldn't be feasible (the artists work super hard already) but I love them all so much I don't think there is one I wouldn't wear on my HA.

Ah! I must've missed that during my Hiatus. I would love to see similar items released that highlight minions if not making the minion itself wearable. I mean how cute would it be to have snow fairies as a wearable for a Melody gift this Luminaire? I know I may be getting my hopes up, but seeing those items gives me hope for more in the future. ❤️❤️❤️

I don't think they have broken that rule. I've yet to see one non-transformable item that's wearable and, at the same time, a minion you can give to your pet. 😕

I don't consider the Terraptrine Bonsai (for example) to fall into the minion category since it's a wearable based after a minion. It's not both a minion and a wearable in the same item - you can't give the Terraptrine Bonsai to your pet as a minion, but you can wear it. That's what I was referring to.

tl;dr: Wearables tailored after minions = yes! Actual minions you can shove into your wardrobe = most likely not happening.

- I can see them doing more of what posted but minions as wearables, if it ever happens, I can only really see as a csc option honestly. If they put that much work into coding it to be able to do that and also draw the artwork, they'll be wanting something back for it. And I can totally understand 'cause I'm sure coding that stuff is a total pain in the arse. But I'd love to see some more wearables based on minions personally (and I totally hoard minions too so you guys are not alone xD).
