Not sure if this is ticket worthy or a bug for this forum....

I believe I'm set up with paypal to buy items. I've tried three times this last week to buy $10 worth of credits, but even through it says it was successful, the money isn't leaving my bank account and the credits aren't appearing. Is there a link I'm missing to check to make sure my paypal account is attacked properly to my account, or is the site glitching when it comes to paypal?
