I've got a good chunk of Quest Points I'd be willing to give up, but I can't seem to find a way to transfer them to a trade-able format.

No unfortunately there isn't an easy way to do it. The way around it is for me to give you a list of items I want, you buy them directly from the Quest Shop, put them up into trades and then I offer SP/CSC on the lots. :)
