Auto Training Weirdness

The way auto training is supposed to work is when the last training class is over the pet pops out and you get an event telling you the pet is done training, it got X number of stats. When you go to the training page you can then put the pet into a regular training course or back in auto training.
What has been happening is I get the event saying they are finished but when I go to the training page they are in what looks like a regular training course and I have to wait for that course to end. And no, I did not accidentally put them in a course when they finished auto training. I was offline when the training should have finished so I couldn't have done that.
This only happens some of the times. I can have pets that finish auto training at almost the exact same time and one will be stuck in a course and the other has the normal end to auto training. It also doesn't only happen to certain pets but seems to switch between them who gets stuck and who finishes normally.

This just happened to me. My pet, Atainatoo, is SUPPOSED to be in autotraining until about 2:00am Subeta time. She's just been bounced out about 10 hours early! I checked the page and it says she's in a regular class now. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I paid over 130K and 25 CSC's to have her trained. I only autotrain one, the rest are trained one class at a time. Please do something about this, we're losing too much.
so, autotraining classes are just like regular classes. meaning that, if for some reason, your autotraining end-event triggers early (which i thought was fixed a while ago, actually), but your pet is still finishing up its last session, it'll look like a normal class on the autotraining page. this is nothing to be alarmed about.
additionally, your pet is actually in autotraining for a specific number of sessions, not a specific amount of time. so you're getting all of the classes you paid for, even if it finishes early, i promise.
it sounds like what is happening is we're having double loading crons, which are putting your pets into two sessions at once. i'll look into it and see if i can figure out why. in the meantime, take solace in the fact that this actually means you're getting an extra one for free. :)

No Grace, that's not what happened. I autotrain daily so I know her schedule. Atainatoo is level 728. She gets 4 classes over about a 22 hour period with each class being 331.5 minutes. She went in around 4:00am Subeta time so I wasn't expecting her out until around 2:00am. She got bounced out after her second class and went into what looked like a regular class but I wasn't charged separately for it. She has now finished her third class and is sitting idle. She's missing one class which I paid 32,760 sP's for. She should be in her 4th and last class now, but she's not. Am I making sense of this? Thanks so much for your help.
but the cron is double-running, meaning she was in two classes concurrently, doing four classes in the time it should have taken to do two. the "third" was actually a fifth.
Holy god! Can we keep this up? She'd be at Tier 12 in no time! :D Thanks so much for clearing that up for me.
