I feel like I've heard about this problem before. I'm sorry if this has already been addressed elsewhere! On and off my backdrop will become my HAs skin so it looks like floating clothes and facial features. Currently, this is what is happening with my HA. I'm not sure if it's the chrome web browser I'm using or something in the wardrobe I need to adjust. Thanks :)

You have to go into the v3 wardrobe and drag the Base layer above the background c: Actually, right now if you go into v3 the Base layer tends to appear above all other items so you need to drag it down to the spot right above the background xD

No problem! ^_^ A lot of people have trouble with the newer backgrounds with no cutouts in them
