aside from the basic "it's a cool concept" "oh it's fun" kind of stuff, i mean specific little things you notice in random places, wherever it may be, that you end up just really liking. for example i'd say the music in tubular tiles. it's so pretty and for some reason it throws this little vibe my way telling me that i wanna write some subeta fanfiction or something...it's almost got a little like fantasy medieval feel to it and i don't know why but i adore it.

I was just thinking of creating a topic to say I really like the carnival during nighttime! The little lights and the soft glow with the colours makes it feel so warm and welcoming, like a cute town fair but by the sea too, a bit sleepy but somehow magical at the same time... and ah it reminds me of home~ >< Actually I really like the nighttime art for most of the subeta regions.

i definitely agree!!! the nighttime art is so beautiful (well all of the art is beautiful of course, but you know what i mean haha). i adore it so much. i'm definitely a night owl and the night art is so perfect.

I love how there so many little references to things outside of Subeta, like minions that look like characters from cartoons, clothing items based off of movie costumes, etc.

yesss i agree!! probably one of my favorite things i own is the set of clothing that makes you look like link from the legend of zelda. coolest thing ever, hands down. the little references make it all so much more fun because you get excited if you recognize something or if they add something that references something else you really enjoy ^_^

I know! Like recently, [item2=Totara] was released and I took one look and knew it was based off of Totoro. I haven't even watched Totoro, but just being able to recognize it makes it that much more special. Plus it was so cute I had to get one ;)

oh mY GOSH I'VE NEVER EVEN SEEN THAT i need one. that's next on my list. totoro is one of my favorite studio ghibli movies <3 and you're right it's soooo cuTEEEE

One thing I immediately noticed and loved upon coming back is how much easier it is to use the vending machines. Your results would all appear on the same screen!

ok the vending revamp was a much needed and extremely successful thing. i highly highly appreciate them taking the time to do that because it works so flawlessly and quickly now!!! i love it <3 and i agree, shengui guo is pretty great i really like it too! and that's a fricken cute a** dinosaur.

something i should add to my list - random buffs!! i dunno where they come from and/or why, but i'm not complaining. just randomly got one and i'm pretty happy about it!

It's a new item, and seeing how low prices already are, I assume, sadly, it'll just keep dropping. It restocks at Dara's Darlings in Shengui. Everyday, three of his minions restock (I'm guessing Totara will come back up in a few days).

oh i'll have to go check out the shops there. i haven't had much of a chance to poke around there yet :3 but i did manage to get one for my pet, and of course named it totoro, but with a cute emoticon after it because come on, so much cuter <3

i agree. the artists of subeta are absolutely amazing and i'm honestly really jealous of their skills o.o if i could draw and make stuff as well as they can, i'd do nothing but sit around and make CC for the site xD

I know! I considered doing that a few years ago. I came up with some ideas and made a few preliminary sketches, but got lazy so never had them actually illustrated ;P

holy med school? that's intense. i can see how you'd be busy then :P best of luck with that though!! i used to want to be a psychiatrist, but then i found out you had to go to medical school so i changed my mind to psychologist instead, since that's graduate school and isn't quite as intense. i have since changed my path completely, but at the time i was 100% sure so i do know all that it takes to go through stuff like that. best of luck though!!!

Thanks! I still got some time. Currently in my 3rd year of undergrad, and planning on having a gap year, so I've still got time to figure everything out. Currently looking into med and dental schools.

oh that's really good that you seem to have the majority of it planned out though! although i agree with the gap year. i think if i had to go to any kind of school after ungrad i would want a gap year too :P

i'm actually going to get my BAS (or masters, undecided yet) in computer science with a focus on programming. it's something i've been interested since i was in about 4th grade, and you make BANK working in that field, ESPECIALLY where i live. i live in a super great area for any type of computer job and people in this area (washington state, us) that work in computers make a ton of money haha

I'm a huge fan of item descriptions.

For example, the minion Sparta: "This little kitty is super energetic all the time, you have to chase him around the house all day, until -- aww, man, he's asleep in the sink :("

Or the dirty minion litter box. xD Also the skirt-wearing cat plushie. "Not many animals could pull off a skirt that bright."
