I keep removing that blue trick or treat bar and it keeps coming back.
that blue notification bar that Keith put up letting us know about using a random ToT link for the remainder of the night. I keep removing it and it keeps coming back
Weird, I didn't even get that. Have you tried clearing your cache after removing it?

I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome and I'm still seeing it XP
I'm having the same issue. I clear cookies/cache multiple times per day, but it keeps popping up.
