MatrixedAgain bought 2 Totara and had both in his inventory. He sent one to me as a gift. I received 2 gift boxes, each containing a Totara. MatrixedAgain checked his inventory and discovered both Totara were gone. I sent one Totara back to him and placed the other in my gallery. Then 2 more gift boxes showed up even though MatrixedAgain didn't send anything. Each gift box had a Totara. I have those 2 Totara in my inventory. Please advise.

File a ticket, I believe duped items are handled through tickets.
