My wife, has had this issue since last night. Randomly, the site will just break inexplicably, and she is unable to do anything. She has tried logging in via Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
As of this moment, I am using her computer (Windows 10), I am logged in through Firefox, and I have no problem navigating the site at all.
Moments ago, she regained the ability to browse the site, but after about three pages is broke again. She isn't sure if perhaps she has some sort of Custom CSS that is suddenly causing this? She says she hasn't changed anything in a while, so she's not sure why it would break all of a sudden, but it has.
She's also just using the basic Subeta Layout, whereas I'm using the Masquerade one, if that makes any difference at all.

[Edit] It seems the only thing that currently works, is she can view user profiles and leave comments on them.

Have you tried a hard refresh yet? (Control + f5)
So using the same computer, your account works fine but hers does not? If that's the case I may file a ticket, could be an account related issue. Can you access the customcss to look through it or do the navigation issues not allow for that?
Yeah, I'm currently on her computer right now, and I can do everything just fine. Every aspect of the site, except user profiles, looks like the screenshot I posted. We tried accessing the Tickets section of the site to file one, but all she can see is this. Now, the small section for Create a Ticket is clickable, but all that results in is this.

Create one from your account and direct them to the thread or explain it there and just tell them that she can't access the tickets, they'll understand. Unless it's something customcss related, I can't think what would cause this. It is strange it only affects her account though.

And yeah, at first we just thought it was an issue with Subeta and Chrome, as that's what she has switched to recently. But considering it doesn't work in the other two browsers, either, it's so weird. She said she thinks the only Custom CSS she has active is for the floating pumpkins, but again, it's been so long since she's touched it she's not entirely sure about that.

Well I doubt it is customcss if she hasn't changed it in awhile. But who knows, something behind the scenes could have changed. Hopefully they can figure it out through a ticket, and let me know what happens as I am sorta curious at this point
So, we got it sorted out. Apparently, "it looks like an event from a CW shop went out that was too long and it got cut off, causing some issues with the coding of the site."
They were able to clear out her events and now the site works just fine for her.
