I absolutely adore the CI, and the colors of the overlay hoodie are lovely!

It has a very great start to it, but the shading looks a bit pillowy perhaps. The shape works well, I think it's mostly because you don't have any light source to direct you (cws use top left as source) so the highlights aren't focused onto the left side. You'd also need the inlines (especially along the arms and around the strings) to be a bit darker n_n

I'm at work right now, but I can show you with my tablet when im home later, if you want!

(I also totally want a copy of every color of this hoodie ;;; )

-- Side note for the CI! The lines are okay, maybe a bit thin at some places. It does look very soft shaded though. A notch of cell-shading in there should do the trick n_n

This is gorgeous! A great start for sure. I'll mostly just echo what Cathii has said, but I had a moment to do some "redlines" to illustrate what we meant:

I think the shading echos the soft, flowy shape of the hoodie well, but your biggest problem lies in lack of directional shading and in colored outlines. Cathii noted that Subeta uses a top left light source, so always make sure your right-side shadows are darker, and take into account where the head might be shading the right shoulder, etc. Think of how shadows naturallly fall. And I'd stay away from strong highlights (reflective or otherwise) on the right side (like the place I circled). In your original, the hard, black outlines and soft, colored inner lines would probably be denied for "sticker effect." Instead, I like to take the black up into the "crevices" were lines meet from the outside and lighten as they go in, so between the sleeve and hood, between the sleeve and body, etc. Anything that has it's own defined separation (like the strings, the pocket, the hood), should have darker colored outlines as well. This adds more form/dimension. Note: my outline additions are a little thick, so when you alter your original make sure all the lines are roughly the same thickness!

But really, your color choices and quality of artwork are already amazing! You're almost there. :) I think the CI is gorgeous, too! Maybe thicken the outlines just a touch - it helps if you draw at a slightly larger size and shrink down - and as Cathii said, add in a few harder shadows.
