Hello, a year or two back we received skins that had to be removed with potions. I never bothered as I quite liked the one I had and so it has been with me all this time. Now when I click on my own name on the dashboard my avatar constantly shows this skin. I have a ticket in and I was pointed to this forum to see if anyone else is having the same issue.

I have:

1. Removed the skin, saved, and shared.
2. Hard refreshed and cleared all cookies etc on all my browsers.
3. Put a ticket in but we haven't been able to work around this issue.

The skin does not show in the wardrobe. But I am tired of it showing on my profile. Is anyone having this issue and did you find a fix for it please. I am off to bed but I will check this is the morning. Thank you
