I'm pretty sure its delayed because of adding levels. But I wish they'd bring it back "as is" so we can at least work on getting those ghosts. Then they can fix it up at their leisure.

Drats, I was hoping to find a link to the game. I've come back to subeta after 2 years and was hoping to get my achievements back up.
