Subeta - Free username change?

Hi, I've just returned after a very long time, so I'm not sure if this post is in the right place x)

I received this message in the sidebar,

"Your username was taken from you after a year of inactivity! Click here for a free username change!"

but when I use the link, I'm not granted a free username change. It says I don't have enough credit.

Any help please?

Sometimes if you have been gone for a long long time the free one expires but I believe if you file a ticket they can set you up with one!

Yup ^^ individual issues like this can be taken care of with a ticket. I am going to close this up since it is a ticket issue.
