Have you been using SubetaLodge? You can make a list of wardrobe items, and just check off the things you've bought! You can also sort everything by price, so you can easily grab up all the super-cheap items and knock out a few tiers at a time (:
I've been using it (went from 4k to 10k in about 4 months) and it's a total lifesaver for collections!
