I have a low tier 11 and have beat her 7 times, but am taking a break and offering sacrifices to the battle gods that she'll finally drop a shriek on me. Dammit.

Do you have a skelly or aftershocks scroll? I would recommend using one of those (paired with gift of the Forj) while also using intricate energized helmet as your freezer. Also, having your defense be a point higher than your attack should help too.
