I have deleted at least 20 pumpkins, but the tally in my Achievements has not moved from the original 206 that I had before the event started. Is anyone else noticing this problem as well?

Same here. I'm guessing they haven't added the new uncarved pumpkin yet. Actually, I wonder if the carved ones have been included in the feeding achievement count. I forgot to check and my pet's already full now :/

...supposedly it's just the fresh ones, or on the vine, but not the carved. Guess we wait and see before deleting anymore. :)

Yes, carved pumpkins don't count towards the deleting total. But they should count towards the one for feeding them to your pet.

...the only ones that I've tried to delete are the ones that I get floating around the site called carvable pumpkins. I think they used to be called fresh pumpkins, but looks like the name has been changed and they are not tallying when they're deleted. There are no longer any fresh pumpkins. Hope they fix it, my inventory is getting filled with uncarved pumpkins. :)

Ah, I see. Yeah each year they have a new version of the uncarved pumpkins as floating items. The old ones are retired I think, but hopefully they add the new one to the list of ones that will work for the achievement.

I would love it if staff could ping site update, but I also think there should be a news post about this... It's pretty lame when I've already started to delete pumpkins and they aren't even counting, that sucks.

Also is there a way to make the count retroactive? I know there's a way to do that in some situations, not sure if this is one of them. Luckily I only deleted three before I remembered there was an issue, but I know others have deleted a lot more.

Hope we get an update when this does happen, if it does. If not, you can at least carve em and feed em to your pets....so if they can't get added to the Pumpkin Murder achievement, I'll just do that.

I'll be sad if the Pumpkin Murderer achievement gets retired, though, but I understand if they can't add the new pumpkins.

I don't really understand why they wouldn't be able to add the new pumpkins. It makes an already challenging/tedious achievement quite difficult for new users to get. I don't really see the point in retiring something like that without adding a replacement for it.

Man that's a little frustrating - this is my first attempt to get that achievement and I've already deleted some. :/
