I don't know if this has been posted before but...

Something that really bothers me is having sold out CWs in my shop list. I mean, it's useful to know what I have sold and all, but isn't there a way to send them to another category or just display what is still available? My CW list keeps growing and after you have a lot of those in your shop it becomes kind of hard to start finding what you just moved there or that was approved...

Or maybe have an option to sort by newest, so I can find them easily. I don't really know. The way it is now is very inconvenient for those who have a lot of items in their shops :I

I did look for this on the Frequently Requested Suggestions but couldn't find it, so I'm sorry if this has been brought up before orz

SO SORRY for pinging you guys here, but since most of you run a shop and have lotsa items maybe you'd like to suggest something here? ; o ;

i agree! the way it's organized now, the CWs are in alphabetical order but this isn't really handy; if you have submitted a lot of CWs, honestly it's hard to remember the names of your own CWs. i like the 'newest' idea that suggested. or even just viewing items that are in a certain category only, if you have categories in your CW shop.

I wish there was a place where we can put the items that have no batches left or that we retired into another category and don't show up with the items that we are still releasing. I understand that once it is in your shop it stays there, but there has to be a way for us to make it cleaner and easier to navigate through when there are items with none left to sell or if they are retired because of lack of sales, or if you put limits on the item. We need to be able to clear them out in some way.

I would love more organization! I like violins suggestion of viewing items by category! I have over 300 CWs in my shop at any given moment (hopefully my shop is fixed soon) and sending out invites was a pain because trying to remember which item was on which page was tough!

I'm grateful the staff lets us have our own shops that's amazing but I'd love to see more ways to organize it!

Newest items first sounds like a good idea too! But I would love to be able to view items by category as well! That would make things a LOT easier!

Yeah. I mean my shop doesn't have as much in it as some others do but it would be nice if things could be organized based on categories (like I guess has been mentioned) because right now I have no idea how they're organized behind the scenes. I always have to use control + F to find the specific items I'm looking for and it's becoming a pain to do this all the time. So I would say either make it easier and let us organize them as we wish OR figure out some better way to organize it based on category or availability or whatnot.

And speaking of sending out invites can you put the name of the item somewhere on the sending out invites page? I always forget which item I'm sending out the invites for and I tend to double back and open the link again just to remind myself. This happens when I need to send out invites for multiple items.

And a third thing I'd love to see is actually giving us the option of whether our items show up in shop or not. I'm talking more specifically about items that have hard-capped batches that show up as 0 in shops (when unpriced). I would like to hide those from shops because some of those are privates that I had to fill via CW shop.

Please make CW shops more user friendly.

I totally back the idea of having item categories like active/inactive/sold out that only shows, respectively, what you are currently selling/what you are not selling but have additional copies available to sell/what you have exhausted the batch limits on. I also really like the idea of having the option to organize by newest item added. Being able to click a single button to find the newest items instead of scrolling through the alphabetized list of CWs seeking each one individually would be really handy even on my end, and my CW shop is still much smaller than a number of others.

While we're on this topic, I would also like the option to see which users have purchased items from my CW shop instead of only seeing the quantity of items purchased. On my end I'd like the opportunity to reward frequent shoppers, and I think others might also use the information to help with shop contests, promos, etc.

I'd also like to see CWs that have been moved to a CW shop but are not available for purchase removed from the user shop search results. I don't see the purpose in the item showing up with no quantity available. If it's not available to buy from the CW shop, why does it come up in the search? That's like handing candy to a kid just to take it right back. :P Kind of a minor one, but figured I'd mention it since we're chatting about CW shops here. ;)

I'm in agreement - if we can't find a way to "retire" items with 0 copies left from our shops, can we at least have them housed in a separate listing? Also - I get that this is organized alphabetically, but I have an item of mine that 100% is in the wrong spot and has been since the shops opened and its hilarious because it starts with a Y and is among the items on my front page.

Being able to sort by category when pricing/etc would also be fantastic.

- a lot of you might want to weigh in on this suggestion.

Wouldst thou like to live deliciously?

I would also like to be able to organize it or view specified items anyway and/or have items with zero copies left for sale on a separate list.

I'd also absolutely love to be able to organize my shop front (not just into categories). and I talked about this before.

HELL YEA I agree! I would love more ways to organize our shops the way we want them. We bring a lot of cash to this site with our CW addictions both buying and submitting, we should be able to organize our shops the way we want to.

I could go with organizing things better too, also, too :) Just an option to turn off the display of an item would help, or maybe if an item cannot be batched again because it was capped prior to submission (filled the slot way, then tossed into shop to sell off the remainders) maybe we can just have the option to turn that one off, at least. idk how hard it would be to code though, so maybe just categories for us to use would be best

I completely agree with this and desperately want to clean up my shop. So many items in mine are sold out, and pricing/editing has become a HUGE hassle when new items are added. Currently in my shop there are 10 items that have sold out-- they're unable to be priced, have new batches issued, or be removed, but they're effectively dead in there. On top of that, similar items are all shuffled around due to names. Sets and items in general that go together aren't a new concept, so having things like "Lavender Picnic Top" and the accompanying "Handy Picnic Shorts" be a ways away from each other while sending out invites is a little exhausting. It makes me want to craft my item names around the alphabet for sake of ease, but that's...not really solving the problem. And shouldn't be the way to solve it.

HOWEVER! I do like that I can see how many items have been sold, and of what! This makes me a pretty big fan of a category system, or at least a sorting system-- alphabetical makes sense in a vacuum, but sorting by date added is far more logical in practice. Being able to put 'sold out' items into their own category would massively decrease the amount of unnecessary scrolling and clutter, while still keeping that valuable information.

And, as much as I'm a fan of the idea of organizing the shop front-- I find it far less useful/necessary than more organization options on the backend. That'd be a nice luxury, but definitely not one that needs to be pushed out beforehand. In theory it can help with sales (and the accompanying CSC sales), yes, but it does very little for creators other than for the sake of visuals. Fun, but with the existing category system, not 100% necessary at the moment-- buyers can scroll to the bottom of the page immediately to see new items, or use our own category tabs to find items they're most interested in. Being able to customize more than that at the moment is moot and a completely separate topic altogether. No offense to folks that have mentioned it but we're not rly talking about that here.

- thank you so much for the pings here! i have a lot of thoughts as usual woops ik you're a busy bee so you'll get this ping hella later but this kind of brainstorming is right up your alley

I agree with all that has been said . No need to say the same thing that has already been put here. lol. Esp what Disasters said tho too, taht there be a name or item image of the item we're sending invites out for would be quite handy on that page so we can remember what we're even doing (esp if we've got distracted mid-send).

I know there's a lot of stuff that staff is working on, totally understand and appreciate all your hard work- but a few more user friendly cleanup stuff for the cw shops would be nice.

I'm not that much in caring for personalizing the shop look beyond what is there atm- I think it's more important to make other things work better (even some of the info dialog on certain parts would be nice to actually get it written up to look finalized instead of that "SOMEONE REWRITE THIS" crap that's still there.
