Every time I try to create a new forum for any of my forum groups (The one I was trying to create one for originally was: http://subeta.net/forums.php/groups/#/group/5191 ) it will briefly load for less than a second and then go back to the original page without creating or giving prompt to create a forum.

I am not exactly sure if anyone else is having this issue. I do use firefox browser on Windows 8.
