Okay, so I just finished the Scavenger hunt and I was reading the item's descriptions, and OMG, this looks like an awesome story. So let's discuss it! Could this really be the end of this scavenger hunt?

Here are all the items descriptions, in order (first piece to last)!

Saherimos Privateer

SPOILER (click to toggle) Of all the members of this ragtag group, the one from Saherimos stood to gain the least. He was already quite well off and had command of several smaller trading vessels. Perhaps it wasn't love of coin that drove him, but the quest for the treasure itself. The man from Saherimos didn't like to spend time with the others, as he found their crude humor and uneducated manner of speaking too off-putting. Still, he never let them all fully out of his sight. There was a fair bit of treasure on the line, and he didn't want to end up with a dagger in his own back. He hadn't told the others, but he seemed to be the only one that realized they'd been sailing in circles for days now. One of them was biding time... but who? And to what end? There was talk that one of the others had been found below decks. Dead. The one from Ytiva. Not much of a surprise, considering her attitude, but he wasn't willing to risk his own well-being for some paltry amount of coin. He eyed the life boat and wondered whether it was time to cut his losses. The galleon still floated on the horizon, the fools. He'd managed to sneak out and row to the small island, was even able to dig a few feet down before dawn broke. The map marked this exact spot! It must be farther. It must be! The sun was now beating down on him, he didn't have much time.

Ytiva Privateer

SPOILER (click to toggle) She did not like the look of any of them. A boisterous braggart from off-world, a prideful hothead from a forgotten land, a pretentious junk dealer, and a decaying navigator. These were the people who were going to find and retrieve this treasure? She glanced down at her map pieces and tried to reassure herself. None of these people would last one moment in the waters near her homeland. The skypirate complained and drank herself into a stupor while the others wasted their time with games and food. Only the zombie seemed to do any work. The girl from Ziara laughed obnoxiously and demanded another drink. It was going to be a long trip. Perhaps they could lose some people on the way... They had been sailing in circles for days. The treasure should have been in this area, but none of the islets seemed to match her map. Unless, of course, someone had slipped her the wrong map. She'd never seen anyone else's, perhaps it was time she snooped around. As she rifled through the trunk, her suspicions were confirmed. This one was working from a different map entirely! Perhaps they'd even found the treasure, and already had it on board! She angrily slammed the trunk and turned to head up top and demand answers. As she turned, a blade dug into her side and everything went red. The killer let the Ytivan drop to the floor. They grabbed her map pieces and quickly stuffed them in a back pocket. What had she been looking for? What had she found? There was no time to ponder the answers, though. The others might have heard the struggle and could come to investigate at any moment.

Ziara Privateer

SPOILER (click to toggle) On the first day, she had made sure to ingratiate herself with the rest of the crew. It was true that this particular Ziaran lady was not accustomed to the pitch and roll of a traditional pirate ship, but one did not need a plane or a ship to be a cutthroat. She was used to getting her way, whatever means necessary. She would have that treasure. She'd caught a glimpse of the Shengui Guo man's map and grabbed an old plane blueprint to hastily jot it down on. Each one of them seemed to have maps, but not all of them led to the same place. Who had the true map? She'd have to poke around more to find out. She did not like the Ytivan, though it was clear that no one did. That woman was constantly angry and just looking for a fight. She had half a mind to give her one, anything to deal with the boredom. The Ziaran wasn't used to nautical travel, but she felt like they hadn't made any progress in days. It was making her restless and paranoid. She couldn't feel all that bad about the Ytivan. One less pirate, one less mouth drinking up the rum. All eyes were on the big lout from Shengui Guo, which was just fine with her. She did wonder what would become of this voyage. Was there even any treasure to find? Or was it already hidden on board somewhere? The Saheric man had fled to a tiny island just south of them. He hadn't taken supplies. The man from Shengui Guo was down in the brig, screaming incoherently about conspiracies. She hadn't seen the Shadowglen man in days. Food was dwindling, and here she was: a pirate captain that only knew how to commandeer a plane. As she contemplated this dire situation, she heard a low moan from somewhere beside her. She turned to see a most familiar — and unwelcome — woman's face.

Shengui Guo Privateer

SPOILER (click to toggle) The man from Shengui considered himself above this trip. Scum and lowlifes resorted to piracy and the theft of trinkets. And yet his own empty coffers reminded him that even he might need to sink to their level if he ever wanted a ship of his own. He would sometimes catch the others glancing nervously at his large tattoo. A great field paralix snaking up his shoulder, teeth bared and eyes wild. It was a tattoo that signified one had honorably taken many lives while at sea. He hated having to deal with the Ziaran skydog. Every one of her smiles was a lie, barely concealing her own disdain. The Saheric was hardly any better, a snobbish thug who spied on them all constantly. He didn't mind the undead one, though. Unsettling as that one's features were, at least he seemed genuine. He had been the one to find her. The mouthy Ytivan, silent on the floor with a dagger in the back. The others were wary, but they didn't act on any suspicions they might have. The Saheric disappeared that night. Perhaps it was time for him to disappear as well. It was obvious the greed had gotten to all of them, he didn't have much time to find the treasure. At the moment, the brig was the safest place on the ship. He had locked himself in with some food he'd pilfered from below deck. As he sat there considering who the traitor among them was, something on the ground caught his eye. It was a little carved totem of a... fish woman? Half-remembered myths and legends went through his mind, until it dawned on him who the figure was and what was going on. He had to get off this boat. But the key was gone? How could it be gone?! He began screaming.

Shadowglen Privateer

SPOILER (click to toggle) Each one had come so eagerly with the promise of treasure. He had been so happy! So happy! A new crew, a new adventure, just like he had in life. They did not seem to like him, which he understood, but he knew they would come around in time. Oh, would they ever! He had kept to himself for the most part, in order to keep the others happy. He knew one of them had a map that pointed to the treasure. He didn't even care about that. Gold meant nothing to him. But oh, it did to her, oh yes it did! All he needed to do was get the ship to its destination. He had to buy time. The others were not sharing, no they were not. Unless they did not know? But how couldn't they? One must know. That's why the harsh woman was dead. He didn't care about that, though. One of the living ones must know where the treasure is, and he needed them to retrieve it. They must, they must! The Saheric man returned to the ship very late in the evening. He was mad from the sun, from lack of food, but he had found it! So wonderful! The Saheric man was too weak to keep him from peeking, and inside he saw it. So much gold, so very much! With haste, he tossed the chest back into the lifeboat and began punching holes in it. The Saheric man objected loudly, so he was tossed into the boat as well. Oh, she would be so happy with this offering indeed! Unlife had made him very good at waiting. Very good. Somewhere far below the crow's nest, below him, the Ziaran lady and the man from Shengui Guo tried futilely to pull up the anchor, but they did not know how to work this ship. His ship. Food was low. Soon they would leave, but he could make them come back again. She would be so proud of him, yes. She had found him unworthy before, in life. That's why she dashed his ship upon the rocks. But now he had made a proper offering and soon he would have a new crew. Soon. Soon! And so he waited.

Maybe there'll be a plot of Jacques crew vs Zombie crew?? That would be awesome!

Thank you for posting the stories for the maps. They tell an interesting tale for sure. I wonder if there will be anything else added into this plot or not as the hunt draws to an end. I'm curious as Morostaide draws near.
