Items that I have this problem with are the Collectible posters from the art museum gift shop as well as the glass print and the Lovely Winter Photo

The preview shows it above the HA base as well as it staying above the HA base in wardrobe. You can add things above it no problem but the base itself will never show. I'm operating on chrome

@ PoorInsaneSon exactly what Destiny said, these new backdrops are made without the HA cutout so we can use foregrounds and animals and stuff to make more creative HAs without using the Base. This expanded the availability of companions and backdrops for outfits.
