I do hope it's okay to start this. I thought it might just be my device, then profile coding, but on a different computer and on a completely different part of the site it's still happening.
Pet Headshots
So around half of my pets' images appear blurred (especially Try), but the others are perfectly fine. Going to their profile yields a normal image (comparisons provided, Arthur's to show how some are normal). Hard refresh doesn't fix it, and I've descovered other ones around the site are doing it too. Like the one on the sCode page is blurred as well

Thought it might be something like there was a change and pets with hs made after x happened are now the wrong size/something, but both old and new pets are displaying properly, I haven't touched Sai in years and the image is normal, while Jade's is blurred under the same circumstances. Similarly, Lewis and Arthur were both made recently (the same day, even), but only Lew has an off image. The coding on my profile has not changed in years, and they were still looking okay the last time I edited my custom css.
