Unfortunately it looks like we are waiting on the v3. The original wardrobe cannot be fixed right now and the beta as you have said, does not have the option. Please see below the message from Keith that was posted on the linked board.

Wardobes not working

From Keith on 9/2/15: The original wardrobe will still be broken loading base features, this unfortunately is due to some changing architecture on the avatar side.

The goal (fingers crossed) is to replace the beta wardrobe entirely with the V3 wardrobe for testing in the next week or two, which has a working base feature page as well as considerably less bugs than the current beta wardrobe. I know that sounds like "soonTM" but we've made really good progress on it and just have some more things to complete for it to be feature complete and start working on bug squashing.
