I redeemed two Subeautique invites and they both disappeared and are not showing up as having been redeemed. In my vault it says I only have 1 when it should say 3. Should I file a ticket or are others having this problem also?

I live in MN, and whatever you've heard... It's much worse.

For lost items, you should file a ticket. A UA can look into your logs and see what happened.
